Each of our single room HVAC units is designed to provide maximum energy savings and maximum comfort and control. Our units are equipped with high performance Lennox parts – either a gas fired two-stage furnace or an electric element appliance. Each is equipped with an economizer, giving you tremendous energy savings, and a condenser with a high efficiency evaporator coil.

The SRU is housed in a 2"-thick insulated cabinet, protecting it from the elements and reducing noise, while still easy access to the equipment for preventative maintenance. We use standard parts and components that are readily available, minimizing downtime during repairs and making maintenance a breeze.
