Our Penthouse Variable Zone rooftop HVAC systems put your comfort above all else. With independent heating and cooling systems, the PVZ distributes hot and cold air where you need it. Without "reheat", the PVZ directs ventilation to variable zones using multiple economizers. The independent supply fans automatically adjust with system pressure changes and minimize drafts by reducing airflow when possible.

Variable Zone HVAC Maintenance & Installation
This PVZ is one of the simplest HVAC variable zone units to maintain. Scroll compressors and standard operating controls allow for fewer parts to maintain, thus, fewer parts to fail. And the conditioned penthouse protects the equipment from the elements, which helps technicians complete their work quickly and thoroughly.
CME offers short lead times and easy installation. Our standard lead-time for our rooftop variable zone HVAC systems is approximately four to six weeks, with emergency units installed in as little as two weeks. All accessory materials are transported in lifting baskets and shipping is closely monitored. A factory-employed project manager provides on-site expertise and start-up supervision for your benefit.
