Every penthouse contains multiple split systems designed for high efficiency, reliable performance in commercial buildings (94.3% AFUE gas heating - two stage). All units are built to meet design requirements with 1 to 18 control zones, 3 to 45 tons of cooling and 85 to 930 MBH of heating output.

This ventilates the space while minimizing drafts, producing comfort for teachers and students. Reduced airflow virtually eliminates air noise during ventilation mode. The screening can be in many different colors and to any size to satisfy any building codes, or designs. The screening is easy to install, and is supported back to the unit and curb. Panels on the side of the screening are easily removed to be able to access the unit for maintenance.
